Press the button to generate a new mission that includes Primary Factional Requirements (SC,MH,CC,IN,ASC,EF). All crew receive 1kCr per citizen level plus the mission group reward PLUS 1 rep point from the primary faction holder of the quest. For planetary missions, reduce the reward to 0 for failure, by 50% for partial success (no components or other rewards for partial success) and increase by 150% for early completion. PMC means that you need to access the Planetary Mission Console in order to complete the quest, and IEC means you need to access the In-Flight Encounters Console to complete the quest.
